Original Artwork/Commissions
All pieces labeled as “Original” are one-of-a-kind and are final sale. All commissions are created special for collectors and are final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Clothing & Apparel
All clothing items are final sale. However, exchanges may be possible depending on product availability and sizing. If you need a different size, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.
Damaged Items
(applies to paper prints, artist enhanced canvases, tea towels, and ornaments)
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. If your item is damaged, you must contact Art by Sarah-Katherine Semon within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Claims made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for mailing the item back before a refund can be issued.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund has been issued.
Color Variations
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting (indoor/outdoor), and individual screen/monitor settings.
Additional Notes
- Items sent back without prior communication may not be accepted.
- Art by Sarah-Katherine Semon reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
